Agreements

Please read and acknowledge each item before submitting.

• I have read and agree to the cancellation policy.
• Setup & load-out: I will be fully set up and ready for patrons by the event start time, and I will vacate by the specified end time leaving the space as clean as I found it.
• Responsibility: I am responsible for my merchandise before, during, and after the event. Jet City Labs is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Timeliness: I understand that late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund.
• Photo waiver: I grant permission for photos of me and my setup to be used for event publicity and marketing materials.
• Payment holds the spot: My reservation is not secured until payment has been received and confirmed by the organizer.
